A : Sometimes we have to work overtime. It’s an accountability system. Would that bother you?
B : I think if time is managed well and work efficiency is boosted, then the work can be done on time, but I can work overtime if I really have to.
A : 你為什麼要來我們公司面試？
B : 因為貴公司看起來很有發展性！
A : 我們可能偶爾需要加班，而且加班是責任制的喔，你介意嗎？
B : 我覺得做好時間管理、提升工作效率，就能按時完成工作。但如果真的要加班，我可以接受。
